The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA)

 

The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) was established in 1937 to promote and supervise a national program

of community and junior college sports and activities consistent with the educational objectives of such institutions.

 

The NJCAA has twenty-four regions throughout the United States. Suffolk County Community College participates in Region XV, which includes:

 

  • Borough of Manhattan Community College

  • Bronx Community College

  • Dutchess Community College

  • Fashion Institute of Technology

  • Globe Institute of Technology

  • Kingsborough Community College

  • Monroe Community College

  • Nassau Community College

  • Orange Community College

  • Queensborough Community College

  • Rockland Community College

  • Suffolk County Community College

  • Sullivan Community College

  • Technical Career Institute

  • Ulster Community College

  • Westchester Community College
