After knocking off #8 seed Ulster Community College in the first round, the Clippers took on #4 Nassau Community College in the semifinals held at Nassau on Saturday November 3 and defeated them 3-0. They then met #3 Orange County Community College in the finals after Orange had beaten #2 seed Suffolk Grant 3-1. The Clippers made it a perfect 3-0 sweep over Orange, beating O.C.C.C. by scores of 30-20, 30-23 and 30-26. Suffolk now returns to Rochester where they finished in 7th place in 2006.

Once again, 2007 Region 15 Volleyball Player of the Year Kirsten Masem led Suffolk Selden to victory and earned Tournament MVP honors. Joining Masem on the All Tournament team were teammates Dana Siebert and Jessee O'Neill. Masem also earned both Player of the Year and Tournament MVP honors in 2006.
